Papers will be selected based on their originality, timeliness, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation. Only papers that have not been submitted to any other conference or publication will be considered. The International Program Committee will decide whether or not the papers are accepted. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
